I love making this simple, nutritious and energizing power breakfast recipe as a way to get ready for the day ahead. Whether you’re heading out the door to go to work or starting your day with a workout, this recipe will give you the boost you need to get going! As a bonus, it takes just 10 minutes to make!
When I’m on the go, I want to eat something that is satisfying, but won’t leave me feeling too full or sluggish. This simple power breakfast recipe is one of my favorites because it packs a nutritious punch with quality protein, fiber, healthy fats, and vitamins. Not only that, but there are endless variations you can make-up so that you don’t get bored with it; you can throw into a blender with ice and non-dairy milk for a high protein smoothie, top waffles, oatmeal or pancakes and even add to dairy-free ice cream for a real treat!

Seriously, it is that easy. Try switching it up throughout the week by substituting different fruits and berries (apples, raspberries, raisins, blueberries), try different nut butters or adding chopped nuts. Freshly chopped mint also adds a fresh and flavorful kick! Eat well.
