Going Veg. Why I made the switch after 28 years of eating animals.
I was motivated to make the change to a plant based diet after 28 years of eating meat & dairy, because I learned the truth, first hand, about factory farming and the implications it has for not only the billions of innocent animals slaughtered each year, but also the negative impact it has on our environment and our health. There were too many solid facts and arguments against eating meat and dairy that I couldn’t turn my head and ignore what was going on. It is a serious problem and it affects not only us.
