This creamy vegan protein shake recipe keeps me full for hours and tastes like a treat. The kale is well disguised (in case green things scare you!). It’s incredible. I guarantee that you will forget it’s actually healthy for you!! 24 grams of protein per serving too!

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup raw kale
  2. 1 T natural peanut butter
  3. 1 medium size banana
  4. 1 T Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder: Sun Warrior is great. I use Spiru-Tein as well, but it has bee pollen so is not 100% vegan
  5. 1 cup unsweetened vanilla or plain organic soy milk
  6. 5 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Put in the blender with the heavy ingredients on the top and....BLEND!
